Beginning this month, we’re starting something new on the first Saturday of the month: Saturday ReBoot. Think of it as an opportunity to make a “New Month’s Resolution” to reconnect your mind to what your body can achieve.
Date: Saturday, Feb. 6
Saturday ReBoot will be followed by some social time with coffee, mimosa’s and fruit. So make plans to hang back with your fitness friends. You might even ask around to see if you can find an accountability partner to help you with your February resolutions.
