It’s Leap Year.
That means today, you have one extra day to work on your February Resolutions. One more chance to push a little harder, eat a little healthier, and to spend one more hour on your fitness goals!
New Month’s Resolution-
Change is not always easy. Achieving your goals requires a little aspiration and some real mental effort to positively change your behavior one step at a time. Envision ReBoot, the first Saturday of the month, is a specially designed class to help you ReBoot your motivation. Think of it as a chance to set a “New Month’s Resolution.”
Personally, I’m motivated by the fact that March 13 is the start of Daylight Savings Time. This is the day we move our clocks forward an hour and begin thinking about fun in the sun and wearing t-shirts and shorts. It’s time to move your mind forward, too. What are your March Resolutions?
Think about it during this month’s Envision ReBoot – it’s a dedicated time to reconnect your mind to what your body can achieve.
Socialize & Connect -
Envision ReBoot will be followed by social time and coffee, mimosas and healthy eats in the Envision lounge. So make plans to hang back with your fitness friends. You might even find an accountability partner to help you stay on track with your March Resolutions.
This event is free and open to the public. There will be photographs taken during the event for use in Envision marketing.
