There is strength in having courage to finish what you started

Well, it may not feel like it, but it’s fall! Already there is a little less daylight, and the holidays are right around the corner.  Before we know it, our social calendars will be filling up. Finding the time and motivation to get in a workout is going to get harder and harder.   That makes this a CRITICAL time for your fitness goals! Let’s make sure we stay on track and finish what we started, whether we started last winter or last week.

There can be so many distractions competing for our time and our attention, especially this time of year.  Sometimes it’s easy to get discouraged by how much there seems to be left for us to do as we hustle towards the last days of December.  But look, you’ve heard me say this again and again: over half of Americans won’t exercise just ten minutes a week.  So take a moment to sit back and appreciate what you’ve already done. Seriously, do it.  Because whether you’ve been coming steadily all year long or you just started with us, your hard work separates you from most.  So smile, stand up straight, and let’s refocus these last two months and remember there is strength in finishing what we started.

I have absolutely nothing but confidence in each of you.  Let’s finish the year out strong!
