4-Week Series Barbell Strength Training

Ashton will teach you how to train your full body safely and effectively with heavy barbell movements. If you are stuck in a plateau, or if you need some direction in the gym, then this series is for you!

Each week features a specific theme:

  • Week One - September 28th: Squat

  • Week Two - October 5th: Press

  • Week Three - October 12th: Deadlift

  • Week Four - October 19th: Back
