One-on-One Personal Training
Envision trainers plan a workout catered to your goals. We work with your schedule, offering 30 minutes to 1 hour sessions.
- Group Training
Sometimes the best accountability to keep us on track with our goals comes from friends. Not to mention how much fun it is to workout together! Add to that the cost savings and there is no excuse not to group train at Envision. (max 4 people)
- Weekly & Monthly Workout Plans
Do you feel you have a grasp on how to workout properly but need a detailed plan to help reach your goals? Envision trainers format weekly and monthly workout regimens for you to follow and hold you accountable with regular check-ins via text, phone and in person.
- Private Class – onsite and offsite
Whether at Envision, the workplace, outdoors or a private residence, hosting a private class is a fantastic way to connect and have fun. Class options include High Intensity Interval Training, Bootcamp, Insanity, Yoga and more.
