Membership Policies
At Envision Fitness, we keep memberships flexible and commitment-free long term—but we do require the following to help us manage accounts smoothly:
Cancellation Policy
We don’t lock you into lengthy contracts; however, a 15-day written notice before your next billing date is required to cancel a membership. To cancel, please send an email to info@envisionmemphis.com. Once received, you’ll get a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few days, your membership has not been canceled. Please reach out again via our Contact Page or text 901-690-6806 so we can assist you right away.
Please note: Text messages to individual Envision staff members without written requests to Envision do not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed.
Membership Commitment
To receive discounted recurring membership rates, a 3-month minimum commitment is required. For full flexibility, month-to-month unlimited memberships are also available at the standard rate.
Billing
All memberships are set to auto-withdraw monthly upon signup and will continue until a 15-day written cancellation notice is received.
Group Fitness & Personal Training Cancellation Policies
At Envision, we understand life happens and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Our trainers are flexible, fair, and often work with clients on a case-by-case basis; however, the following are our general guidelines:
Please Read Carefully:
Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still be charged in full and will end at the originally scheduled time.
Once payment has been made for a training package or session, no refunds will be issued. We will gladly reschedule if 24 hours notice is provided.
Envision Freeze Policy
We understand you may occasionally need to pause your membership due to travel, medical conditions, or other personal reasons. Freezes are available for 6-month and 1-year prepaid memberships.
Freezes for Personal Reasons
Minimum: 1 month
Maximum: 3 consecutive months per calendar year
During the freeze, access to the club is suspended and a $10/month hold fee applies, paid upfront.
Freezes for Medical Reasons
With a physician’s note, you may freeze your membership for up to 6 months with no monthly fee.
Your account will automatically unfreeze after 6 months unless we receive written notice to extend. A new note is required for additional time.
Maternity Freezes
You may freeze your membership for 6 months at no charge, no doctor’s note required.
To extend beyond 6 months, a doctor’s note must be provided.
Freeze Expiration
Your freeze will automatically end after the requested duration.
Please notify us in writing (letter or email to info@envisionmemphis.com) if you are not ready to return; otherwise, billing will automatically resume once the freeze period concludes.
Member Benefits During a Freeze
Yes! You still receive up to 10% off personal training, martial arts, and workshops. You also remain part of our community—feel free to attend member events or stay connected through our updates and socials.
Envision Referral Policy
We appreciate every member who helps our community grow! If a current member refers someone who signs up for a recurring membership, the referring member will receive a $50 Referral Credit applied toward their next membership dues. To qualify, the new member must mention the referrer’s name at the time of signup.
Class Sign-Up & Cancellation Policies
To ensure fair scheduling for both instructors and participants, we require all clients—members and drop-ins alike—to sign up in advance.
You must register for a class at least 2 hours before start time to guarantee your spot.
If no one is registered two hours prior, the class will be canceled.
Members and drop-ins who fail to sign up are not guaranteed that class will take place.
Early cancellations (2 hours prior to class) will automatically credit your account for future use.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of that class credit or drop-in fee.
Classes begin promptly; please arrive on time to allow for setup and avoid disruption.
Class & Studio Etiquette
We ask everyone to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and respectful environment:
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and prepare.
Please silence phones and avoid using them during class.
Respect others’ space and focus.
Wipe down and return all equipment after use.
No outside shoes on the mats or in the yoga room.
Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with courtesy and respect at all times.
Payment Policy
All payments are due in advance of service.
Memberships auto-renew monthly until a written cancellation notice is received.
Returned payments or failed auto-withdrawals may result in a processing fee or account suspension.
Repeated failed payments may result in automatic membership cancellation to prevent ongoing charges.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
By participating in any Envision Fitness class, training session, or event, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree that Envision Fitness and its instructors are not liable for injury or damages. All clients must have a signed waiver on file prior to participation.
Photo & Media Release
By participating in classes, training, or events at Envision Fitness, you grant permission for Envision Memphis, LLC to capture photos or video that may be used for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.
We always aim to represent our community respectfully and positively.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the instructor or front desk know before class.
Privacy & Communication Policy
We respect your privacy and only use your contact information for scheduling, billing, and updates related to Envision services. We do not share or sell personal information. By joining, you agree to receive occasional emails or texts about class updates, events, or promotions (you may opt out anytime).
