Membership Cancellation Policy
While we don’t commit individuals/groups to a long-term contract or charge an initiation fee, we do require first and last months’ fees upon joining.
Group Fitness & Personal Training Cancellation Policies
At Envision, we understand life happens and sometimes cancellation is unavoidable. While our trainers are flexible, fair, and often willing to work on a case-by-case basis, the following are our general policies:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Clients must cancel with at least 24 hours notice to get a rescheduled appointment at no charge. (Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.)
- If the client is late for the session, the session will still be charged in full.
- Once a payment has been made for training/sessions, there will be no refund but we will reschedule a missed appointment when 24 hours notice is given.
ENVISION FREEZE POLICY:
We understand life happens and sometimes you may need to suspend your membership due to travel or medical conditions. We do offer a freeze to your membership for 6 month and 1 year prepaid accounts. Check out our freeze policy below and feel free to contact us with further questions.
What are my options if I want to freeze my membership for personal reasons?
You may freeze your membership for a minimum of (1) one month and a max of (3) three consecutive months in a calendar year. Access to the club is suspended and the monthly fee is reduced to $10 per month, which will be paid in full up front.
Are there other options if I have an injury or am ill?
When a freeze is also accompanied by a physician’s note you may suspend your membership up to six months. We will automatically unfreeze the account after 6 months unless notified earlier to reactivate. Another note must be provided for additional time. There is no monthly fee for this freeze.
Do you offer a maternity freeze?
Yes! There is no monthly fee for this freeze, and it does not require a doctor’s note for the initial 6 months of the freeze. To extend it beyond the initial 6 month period, a doctor’s note will be required.
Will my freeze automatically end or will I be notified first?
Your freeze will automatically run for the time period requested. You must inform us in writing (via letter or email at email@example.com) if you are not ready to return to the club, otherwise the membership will automatically reactivate, without notification, once the freeze concludes.
Do I retain any member benefits during the freeze?
Yes you do! Member discounts of up to 20% off personal training, martial arts and workshops still apply. Also, you’re still part of the community! ReBoot the first Saturday of the month is a way to stay connected – whether you join us for the class or simply come for the social afterwards, we hope to see you there!
