Jatziry uses Crystal and Metal singing bowls, designed to awaken and align the energetic points of the body known as CHAKRAS.

When the Chakras are in balance, the body taps easier into its own ability to heal and restore. The benefits can be felt as release of stress and tension, better sleep, recovery from injuries, and dis-ease of the body to name a few.
