MYOFASCIAL SELF-CARE...eliminate pain & restore balance in the body!

Join Margaret with Renew Myofascial Release the first Saturday or each month for this Intro to the Fascial System & MFR. Learn about the fascia system, how it’s affecting your everyday life and how to treat the 2nd largest sensory organ often associated with pain - The fascia!  In this workshop you will also learn various Myofascial stretching techniques to aid you in listening to, feeling and taking care of your body, from muscle soreness to debilitating back pain and headaches. 

For athletes and fitness enthusiasts…

Have u hit a plateau with ur fitness goals? Wanting to increase muscle mass or flexibility but not getting anywhere? Your fascial system could be limiting your body’s ability to reach those goals…no matter how hard you try!

This workshop is for all!

Each participant will go home with valuable self-care knowledge, a small therapy ball and be entered into a giveaway :)
